We will find them, bring them to justice, and ensure that anyone who assists these criminals is held accountable. The era of impunity is over. Together, we will protect the American people, rebuild trust in our financial systems, and restore justice.

The Criminal Intelligence Network (CIN) will provide a central point for the exchange of intelligence with the aim of rooting out and dismantling criminal networks that have defrauded American corporations, causing harm to both the economy and the nation's safety. This initiative will take a comprehensive, worldwide approach to target criminals and fraudsters who exploit America's resources for their own gain, as well as individuals who support, or raise funds for proscribed organisations.

The Criminal Intelligence Network will focus on identifying and highlighting criminals who have defrauded the American public and fled the country, utilizing the full force of law enforcement agencies and international cooperation to hold not just the criminals themselves accountable, but also any individuals or entities that assist, support, cooperate, or fund their operations.

This includes anyone who provides support in the form of financing, banking, or any other kind of assistance. Those who aid and abet these criminals will not escape scrutiny. We will add them to our list, they will be tracked, they will be targeted, and they will be held responsible.
A NEW CRIMINAL ALERT SYSTEM
The Criminal Intelligence Network will connect intelligence communities, and financial institutions across the world in order to track individuals who are involved in criminal activities. The CIN will integrate with existing initiatives creating an unprecedented global effort to tackle international fraud, money laundering, and terrorism financing. All contributors to such illicit activities will be flagged to warn others of these dangerous fraudsters and criminals.
